As someone who was often a daydreamer, the ability to visually express what she sees or thinks. She is aware that this element doesn't really provide much physical capabilities unless she puts forth a lot of energy for it. Though she's still learning about her element, she's discovered that it's good for distractions or serving to allow her a good vantage point for attacking.</sub>

History:
  _{Born the second daughter to her parents, owners to a small shipping and trading business in Porthaven, Celie found herself with many opportunities before her. In her youth she loved to listen to the tales people would tell while seeking reprise from the sea and later re-enacting them with her elder brother. As she grew and was introduced to books Celie found herself still seeking more of these stories so she took to her thoughts, creating scenarios all of her own at any opportunity she could. Over time, she gained a habit of wandering while lost in thought - letting her feet guide her and her mind create the tale as she walked. Though this did worry her parents, who tried very much to make sure nothing happened to her, Celie learned to manage both things. In doing so her way of speaking became a bit mixed up, portions of her thoughts being said in place of words she intended.}

  As a young teen starting to blossom, her parents were worried about the way she spoke. She knew it was simply because she let herself go, see all that she could imagine and maybe even more. In her desire to try and let this grow even more, she took to the books and several wise peers of hers to find a way. Leading her down the path of crystals, herbs and more.

  Magic, wasn't necessarily anything new to Porthaven but she personally felt that it had the potential to be frowned upon. But there was no stopping her, discretely she worked to bring her visions to life - project her dreams into a reality. By the time she was a young woman, she opted to branch out on her own and spend some time in different jobs just to try and see if they could create anything worthwhile to her. Not because she needed the money or experience, simply because she wanted to. Celie eventually found that though work had it's rewards, watching the ever moving waves of the sea and letting her mind spin any tale she could dream of was the best way to live. Her love of the sea was accepted well by her parents, who never minded her sneaking onto their ships and even spending short voyages with the crew.

  Those experiences gave her further wisdom in many things, which she took to heart. However they did not prepare her for what was to come. Dark shadows started to lurk, real ones and not just something that would reach out only to be slain by some hero in a story. Being who she was, Celie sought more magical protection for it, taking the "shadows" as a light threat. She wandered with her eyes seeing a world that her feet weren't walking in and one morning, after a harsh storm she thought she would concieve no more.

   Yet she awoke some time later, with a sense that something about her was not the same after the shadows embraced her. Slightly afraid, she ran home and feigned sickness - hoping that a doctor or some sleep could answer what she couldn't seem to. Hours, days, then weeks passed while she looked to find an answer.

  An answer that she found was right in front of her, the very thing she had wanted her whole life! A gift to create her stories, let her thoughts be known and more! For a time, Celie was so lost in bliss that she hardly noticed the changes she underwent and what changed around her. But with time, she came to know what was going on and chose to seek out a path that was meant for her to walk. So far that path has lead her to Organization Eternal.</sub>

    As someone who is often left to her own devices, Xelice has quite the proclivity for being aloof and unaware of ongoings at times. Carving her own path, she chose that kind, caring words were far better than harsh ones. A calm attitude and proper view will serve to lead her down the right path. As least, to her that’s what she believes. Xelice has a tendency to be a bit cryptic since she sometimes mixes her thoughts,  daydreams and words. Growing up as she did, she came to rely only upon herself - coming to the conclusion that being independent can be easier for the most part. As a part of Organization Eternal, she wishes to learn how to trust and rely upon others and not just herself.

 Her hair seems to have obtained a sheen like her element projects.

 She’s still figuring out how to socalize as she’s used to doing things how she saw fit.
Her clothing style can best be described as "pirate merchant" a majority of the time.

Things I have no business doing but am absolutely going to do: joining another group.
So it was really fun to design Xelice as I actually only had the element and a weapon concept in mind. So from there I worked backwards and ended up with this as the result! For those who've been around to see a vast majority of my Nobody FCs you'd know that I've always liked the idea of Astral Projection as an element but never really properly developed a character that worked with the element. It wasn't suited for it like Xelice here ended up being. 

As soon as I found out Studio Ghibli worlds were fine to use I knew that was what I was going to go with. I wanted to pay tribute to some of my favorite things. Recently, I've been really enjoying Victorian/Pirate/Vaguely-Steampunk styled designs and I'm so glad I could put it to use here. As far as she goes a character, I was feeling that a stronger, somewhat stoic nomad would be cool to have.

I have some small headcanons I'm going to sketch up for her in a bit and I can't wait to RP with her!
