Instead of Birthday Cake it's Birthday Vodka [OOS]

I swear I started out with something 100% more serious than this.
It even had a background and more than one character.

But here I am with a finished chibi.
Anyway, earlier today I was setting a blog up and happened to notice the date July 8th on his written info then proceeded to realize oh that's today! Which also made me realize that I totally missed Roexn's -- Which was April 30th. Also spurred a great conversation between Mickey and I that Ximawari would try and bake cake but Roexn's like no it's fine. She's upset, drinks some of Demitri's Birthday Vodka (which I also thank her for that genius concept) and then becomes a master chef.

Cake is made.
Which originally was what I was going to draw.
But i'll try to finish that for a later date.

So for now we will have a now slightly older Demitri celebrating with birthday vodka, a party had and whatever you call the thing that makes the little honk noise. //Throws confetti

Also meaning he's actually going to get his age jumped up on the right date for once! (I have to go do Roexn and Nexias too. orz)
While I remember, I need to find out how to make stickers because this is adorable af and I need it as one.
