Bio/ Reason for Going to Ataraxia:
His parents were always one to embrace their child's needs and wanted the best for him and his sister, allowing them the devices needed to learn. Charles took to it quickly and loved the opportunity, over time he focused in on history and the fine arts. The Victorian era in particular, he is often wearing clothing based from that era, finding it both charming and comfortable. His mother being a violinist, he had always found the instrument lovely and like his mother would pick it up himself. Over time he was surpassing the courses he was given and it was becoming rarer to find ones that were both accepting and what he had looked for, then Charles found Arataxia, which led him to enroll in what he hopes to be the perfect place.

Backstory:
His parents are well off, in the upper class to say. His mother (chandelure) being a violinist and embracing both her children's desires to learn. However his mother could only offer so much, and as he grew older he read all the books in his father's study and learned what he could. (He lived sheltered up until now, since his parents worried for him and his sister.) Over some time, Charles convinced his parents that letting him outside would allow him to gain more knowledge. So reluctantly they did, and he found a not so loving world outside the comfort of his home. It only made him more timid and cynical of the world... then he heard about a gijinka academy, Arataxia.
